Every player out on the field wants to be able to have more explosive power, whether hitting or pitching and throwing. The ability to create and transfer power efficiently through the body is paramount in bat speed or exit speed and pitch velocity.

Program Details

Every player on the field strives to have more explosive power in their hitting and throwing abilities. The ability to create and transfer power throughout the body is essential for increasing bat speed and pitch velocity. The equation for power is Force x Velocity, shows us that true power comes from both strength and speed. Therefore, a training program must incorporate both elements to achieve maximum power gains. Only focusing on one aspect can lead to minimal progress and frustration for athletes.

Our Ballistic Explosive Power program incorporates strength and speed training principles, along with biomechanical specificity, into all exercises and programs. This approach will give athletes the best chance of developing more force and the speed to apply it, resulting in increased power on the field. By combining various training methods, we can provide a well-rounded program that targets all aspects of power development.
